Billie Louise Todd, of Oshkosh, died Monday, March 29, 2010 at North Point Medical Rehabilitation Center, Oshkosh. She was 83 years old. She was born on September 29, 1926 in Roanoke, Virginia, a daughter of the late Clifford and Rosa (Hylton) Woodson. She married Bazel Todd on August 19, 1967 in Waukegan, Ill. He preceded her in death on May 18, 1993.
She was a graduate of Jefferson High School in Roanoke.
She moved to Milwaukee with her first husband, John Henegar in 1949, the couple later divorced. She was an assembly worker at Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee for 20 years moving to White Lake after retirement in 1989. Mrs. Todd was a member of the Anderson-Sather American Legion Post No 524 Auxiliary in White Lake and volunteered at the White Lake Community Center.
She enjoyed making porcelain dolls and playing bingo.
Survivors include a daughter, Diana Howe, Oshkosh; a son, Jon (Linda) Henegar, Oak Creek; a brother, Clifford Woodson, Wisconsin Dells; grandchildren, Andrea Howe, Michelle (Ken) Anderson, Kirk (Heather) Howe and Matthew Henegar; and great-grandchildren, Brittany Littlefield, Megan Howe, Jadyn Howe, Noah Henegar, Jonah Henegar and McKennah Henegar.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister, June Krueger.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Burial will take place in Langlade Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Thursday and 10:00 am until the time of service on Friday at the Bradley Funeral Home.
