Nora Weber, of Lily, died Monday February 2, 2009 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 71 years old. She was born December 30, 1937 in Crandon, to Warren and Lida (Longcor) Kemp and married Floyd Weber on January 16, 1954. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1995.
Mrs. Weber was a lifelong Lily resident. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, making quilts, afghans, doilies, gardening, watching birds and making Christmas wreaths.
Survivors include three daughters, Debra Strong, Antigo, Penny (Steve) Nickolai, White Lake, Janet (Doug) Capek, Antigo, one son, Terry (Ellen) Weber, Lily, twelve grandchildren Christopher, Jamie(fiancee' Madonna), Jared, and Ryan, Hilary (Jason), Daniel, Lydia and Emily, Joshua and Jacob, Trevor and Jordan, three step grandchildren Angie, Kayla and Hannah, one great granddaughter Elizabeth, one sister, Betty (Ed) Retzlaff, Laona, one brother, George (June) Kemp, Kaukauna.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, fourteen brothers and four sisters
Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. James Gesell officiating. Burial will take place in the spring at Lily Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:30 - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday (today) at the Bradley Funeral Home and on Wednesday one hour prior to services.
