Robert Bob Hoopingarner, of White Lake, died Thursday, October 9, 2008 at Langlade Hospital. He was 71 years old. He was the son of the late Maurice and Violette (Harter) Hoopingarner. He married Doris Miller on March 10, 1980 in Green Bay. She survives.

He was raised in Green Bay and graduated from Green Bay West High School. As a child he spent weekends and vacations at his parents cottage on the Wolf River which became his home in 1988. He was a over the road trucker and has been working for Karl's Transport.
He took pride in turning the cottage on the Wolf River into his comfortable home. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife Doris Hoopingarner, 2 sons, Dale, Bret; 2 daughters, Robin, Dawn; step son, Daniel Miller; 9 grandchildren
Following his wishes, no services will be held.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
