Emil DeHart, 86 of Elton, WI, died Friday, October 26, 2007 at home with his family in the care of LeRoyer Hospice
He was born Wednesday, January 26, 1921 in Elton, WI, Son of the late Charles and Minnie (Conn) DeHart.
He married Raeburn Robinson on March 23, 1946 at Four Coroners Assembly of God Church, White Lake.
During WWll he served as a Tech 5 paratrooper with the United States Army from November, 25, 1941 to September 24, 1945. He was stationed in the Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe.
He farmed in Elton, was a member of the Civilian Conservation Corps, was employed by Wisconsin Conservation Dept for, then moved to Kenosha and worked for American Motors and Ladish Corp.
He returned to Elton in 1976 and worked at Yakee Bissel Hardwood Flooring in White Lake.
He and his wife operated a Bed & Breakfast, campground, and horse drawn tours for 10 years.
He is a member of and Past Commander of the Anderson-Sather American Legion Post 524, White Lake. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, hiking and scouting..

Charles DeHart White Lake, WI;
17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren
2 Sisters-in-law, Blanca DeHart Mokena, IL,
Sarah DeHart Antigo, WI.
He was preceded in death by Parents, son Duane DeHart,
4 brothers Shelvie, Charles, Matthew, and Donald DeHart and 2 half brothers John Lee DeHart and Richard DeHart
4 sisters Vadie DeHart, Vernie Adkins, Kate Gilliam, and Carrie Argo.
Services will be held at Four Corners Assembly of God Church, Monday, October 29, 2007 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating.
Interment with Military Honors will follow in the Elton Cemetery
Visitation will be Sunday, October 28, from 3:30 to 8 PM at Bradley Funeral Home with a American Legion honor guard from 6:30 to 7:30pm and Monday October 29, 2007 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Four Corners Assembly of God Church.
