Agnes Hintz age 99 of Antigo died Thursday January 11, 2007 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born October 18, 1907 in Polar to Frank and Ida (Rienke) Pelofske. On October 24, 1931 she married Albert O. Hintz at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Polar, he preceded her in death on December 30, 1979. Mrs. Hintz was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and the ladies aid.

She was employed at several restaurants including Dixie Lunch, Club 77 and Funks. Also employed at Hunters Supermarket. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and baking and spending time with her friends at the Committee on Aging.

Survivors include her sister Margaret Barker of Antigo.
Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, and three brothers Paul, Leonard and Victor Pelofske.

Funeral services will be held on Monday 10:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church in Antigo, Rev. David Karolus will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery in Polar. Visitation will be on Monday at the church from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
