Dennis Norman Lucia, of Mattoon, died Friday, May 5, 2017 at his home. He was 71 years old. He was born on December 3, 1945 in Elcho, a son of the late Willard and Ruth (Schabell) Lucia.
He attended Antigo School and retired from the Mattoon Mill.
Survivors include two children, Nicole Blom and Tony Lucia both of McHenry, Ill.; two brothers, Loren (Wilma) Lucia of Antigo and Gary (JoAnne) Lucia of New Holstein; and a sister, Linda Frisch of Antigo.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Lorena Brennecke, and brother-in-law, Ernie Frisch.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 22 at 1 p.m. the Elcho Cemetery. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Dennis was a very generous man and a good cook. He could always put a smile on your face no matter what kind of day you were having. I sure will miss him and his stories.
I have way to many memories with Dennis. He was a great man would do anything for anyone. He was caring, funny, an all around good person. We will sure miss him at the station. So sorry for your guys loss.
