Paul Olson, of Antigo, died Monday, January 2, 2017 at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. He was 81 years old. He was born on September 5, 1935 in Summit Lake, a son of Emery and Caroline (Kunza) Olson.

Paul attended grade school in Antigo. As a young man he worked in potatoes in the Deerbrook area and cared for his mother for many years.

Paul worked at Zelazoski Wood Products from 1964 until retirement in 2006. He also worked as a bartender at Markey's Bar in Antigo.

Paul enjoyed watching Western's on TV.

Survivors include three sisters-in-law, Ruth and Clara Olson of Antigo, Catherine Olson of Monroe, Washington; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Eunice Smith, Naomi Kennedy and Rena Powell; four brothers, Darwin, Edward, Herman and Roger Olson.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday January 7, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
