Michael Mischler, Sr. of Pearson, died Friday, May 27, 2016 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. He was 62 years old. He was born on November 12, 1953 in Antigo, a son of Norbert "Nubby" and Jane (VanderSanden) Mischler.
He was a graduate of Elcho High School with the class of 1972. He married Judy Prince in 1999.
He was as a mechanic most of his life having worked in Elcho, Antigo, Summit Lake and Pearson. More recently he owned and operated a saw mill in Pearson. He worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and volunteer fire fighter in Antigo and Elcho.
Survivors in addition to his wife are two sons, Michael Mischler, Jr. (Amy Gray) of Pickerel, Austin Mischler (Megan Schewe) of Antigo; a daughter, Amanda Mischler (Alex Rustick) of Bryant; step-son, Eddie Stainbrook of Pearson; four grandchildren Natashia and Shania Powell, Dillon Mischler and Bradyn Stainbrook; four sisters, Patty (Herman) Wissbroecker of Pickerel, Susan (Richard) Burby of Elcho, Donna Boomer (Kent DeGrant) of Pelican Lake, Maxine Bickler of Deerbrook; a son-in-law, Doran Powell of Pearson; a sister-in-law Jeanine Mischler of Pickerel.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Tina Powell; his parents and a brother, William Mischler.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at 3 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home. Interment of cremains will follow at the Pearson Cemetery then a gathering to celebrate Mike's Life at Lil' Hummer's in Pearson.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 to 3 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to hear Mike has passed away. Please except my condolences and sincere sympathy. He was such a nice guy. Whenever I seen him we would catch up on the latest happenings. He will truly be missed by friends and family.
