Trips to Antigo will not be the same, I will never forget all the stories! I will always cherish the memories in Antigo and when you made the trip down to Milwaukee for my wedding. I will never forget the look on your face when you saw me walk down the aisle. You will never be forgotten.

Dear Uncle Louie,

This is my third attempt to write something about you. All I can think of is how much I am going to miss you. Every trip to Antigo meant a visit with you. And almost evey visit entailed some type of work on the farm.

You made sure all your nieces and nephews pulled their weight. The fact I was a girl from the big city didn't matter. I had to milk cows and help with hay and other tasks on the farm just like the guys. Thanks to you I understand hard work and have a great work ethic.

I will always reflect on the great memories of going with you to rummage sales, and flea markets. Also I won't forget all the family get togethers where sheepshead and poker brought us together. There was so much fun, happiness and laughter.

Uncle Louie you will be greatly missed. Your hard work, enthusiastic attitude and love of life has made such a differnce in others lives. Thank you for being you and thank you for being the worlds greatest uncle hands down...

Love you and miss you....

I married into the family in 1985 and from the first time I met Louis he treated me like family. He always greeted you with a smile. He was a very kind and thoughtful man and for that I will forever be thankful that I had the pleasure and opportunity for him to be part of my life as well as I was able to be part of his.Louis may you R.I.P. Thanks for the memories.

As a kid growing up I remember taking summer trips with my family up North to Antigo to uncle Louie's farm. I loved helping out with milking cows, going on hay rides, and just playing on the farm with my cousins. I remember one summer when in Antigo I had enough of my own money to buy a shirt that read "Come & Smell the Dairy Air.... Antigo, WI". Being from the city I found that T-shirt funny.

I will also miss our long chats, & his long winded casino stories & all the tall tales of the "big wins"!!

Rest in peace Uncle Louie, love you always and forever.

louie was as much a mentor as a friend, he helped me in many way. I always knew when he was upset with me because he was very good at the silent treatment. I worked with Louie on his dairy farm and I was always treated as one of his family, he will be sadly missed.

I was in Antigo for the wedding and uncle Louie asked me to sew his pants he wanted to wear to the wedding. Well the whole time he was joking and being funny to everyone I ended up sewing his leg up so he couldn't fit his foot or leg into.he smiled at me and said I thought you knew what you were doing lol..all I could say was, well I was just trying to help.I won't ever forget his smile or humor he will always remind me of my grandpa Raymond Spychalla. In so many ways were a lot alike.R.I.P.uncle Louie Love always great niece Nicole Spychalla, Kathy Spychalla's daughter

Uncle louie was always telling stories! When my sister and I were kids he was at all of our birthday parties and mom and dads card parties. He was a funny man and will be missed, but at least I know my dad has good company in heaven!

Uncle Louie took me into the family like I was his own niece when I married into the family. He was more of an uncle to me than some of my actual blood relatives because he was always there when I needed his help, his opinions and love.
I'll always remember our family gatherings. Our famous poker games. Croquet. All of it. Uncle Louie was part of my wonderful memories and I'll never forget him. He'll always be in my heart. Deb
