I'm sorry to hear of the Drs passing. He was the only eye doctor I have ever had that managed my crazy prescription right the first time every time. His smile just instantly relaxed you. My deepest sympathies to you all.

Dear Kjome family: I am sorry I could not attend the services for your father but please know that I was with you in spirit and prayer. I have wonderful memories of Bass Lake; swimming, skiing, and golf. I recall some great times sledding and snowmobiling. If I recall, Arthur Milton enjoyed the occasional manhatten. We had some wonderful times at Bass Lake. My best to you all!

We are thankful for the kind words and happy memories shared with us here and at Dad's funeral. Pastor Dave called it a "joyous " celebration of his life.

Sending our love to the Kjome family as you remember, honor and celebrate Art's life, and love for family and friends.

My grandmother, Della, was Art's companion for many years. I thought of him as a "second grandfather". I will miss his wit, humor and good nature. He was a treasure to be around.

Rick and family,
My sympathies to you and your family on the passing of your dad. We saw him last summer at Evergreen when we took my mom to visit Vivian Simon. He made us laugh when he gave my mom a smooch on the cheek! I think they remained friends over the years. God's blessings to you all as you go through this difficult time.

B Bob Bornemann on May 20, 2015

Rick and family--my thoughts and prayers are headed your way. He was a great man, admired by many, myself being one of them. He'll remain in your heart forever---Bob

Dr. Kjome gave me my first eye exam in 1960. I have been wearing glasses or contacts since that first exam. He always treated young people with ease and respect.
