Not a day goes past that I don't think of ya, Munga. I see you everyday in some form in Claire or Deacon. Or, when you hide my shoes. See ya sooner than we all think. --CC

More than a year ago you passed, and, I talk and think about ya every day, momma. --Sonny Boy

I was blessed to have had Mary Ann in my life. She gave me many laughs and great memories. She loved her family and her life up north. I missed her when she left Valley View but was able to visit her. Sadly life got in the way but I have never forgotten her. Sorry for your loss.

Dear Dennis and Family,
Just today, March 14th, while visiting with Rogene and Skud did we learn of Mary Ann's passing. Please know that our prayers and concern are with you. We have only the fondest memories of Mary Ann, you and your family of the seven years we spent ministering to the people of Langlade and White Lake. Mary Ann was always most supportive, as were you, of our work at the parishes. We would have been present at her Resurrection Service had we known of her passing.
In HIS peace and Love, Dcn. Don and Yvonne

Dear Dennis and family, Time and distance does not erase fond memories and respect of a wonderful lady who was cherished by so many. My heart felt sympathy to you all.

I loved talking with Mary Ann. I have fond memories of my conversations with her, and her sister Pat. I had Maryann as an instructor for religion class and worked with her at the Wolf River Lodge. My Deepest Sympathy to the Family.

My sympathies to Dennis, Caleb and Quinn. Mary Ann and I had many interesting conversations when she had her office next to my room. If you felt your ears burning boys now you know why. It was all good. May the Lord guide you through this difficult time.

If anyone is travelling, because St. Stanislaus may not come up on GPS, type in W2000 Hwy 64, White Lake, WI. Go right at intersection of Hwy 55 & 64, and, head east about 1/4 mile. Church is on left.

Mary Ann was a wonderful worker at the Wolf River Lodge. It would not have been what it was without her.
I complained about time one day. She told me, "I get up an hour earlier if I want to do something extra!"

What an aunt! Tall, lots of freckles...just how I wanted to be when I grew up. Too bad it didn't happen. I was the only one of her relatives that she taught at White Lake....apparently that was enough cause then she moved to Ashwabenon. She was the aunt who took us to our first circus and holiday on ice and cherry picking. She always had time for us. I will truly miss her.

I am profoundly saddened to hear of Mary Ann's death and hope her family finds comfort in the moving tributes posted here. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. I was always struck by her genuine kindness and gentle humor, her love for children and especially the two fine boys--now fine young men--she leaves behind. Peace and love to you, Caleb and Quinn, and to your Dad and families. I will be keeping you in my thoughts.

I knew Mary Ann my whole life. We laughed together and shared some tears. I loved singing with her at church. She was smart, funny and wonderful. Last year I gave her a lap quilt and Dennis told me she named it Linda. Cracked me up.
I will miss her.

MaryAnn was always my life saver at Lily School. She was there for Liz and I whenever we needed her. MaryAnn was an amazing teacher that put her heart and soul into educating our youth. She knew her kids and would have words of wisdom as to how I could help them out. You will be missed "Mrs. Frying Pan" but you touched our lives in ways we'll never forget. Hugs to you in your well earned velvet chair in heaven.

Mary Ann was in high school with me and was a vivacious, competitive student and I respected her for her gifts. I am grateful that she was part of my life.
I regret that our lives parted after I graduated and moved to further parts of the world.

Over all the years of growing up, i never forget the kindness that mary ann shiwed us students at lily elementary. She was a greatvteacher, and really cared about getting us to learn, she will be missed by many. I thought of her many times over the years... She was deemed one of mycall time favorites.

J Jamee Peters on Feb 14, 2015

I loved the times spent working with Mary Ann at Wolf River Lodge. Mary Ann and sister Pat were like extra Moms to me. They knew how to "tell it like it was" in a way that I will never forget. I also loved having May Ann as my neighbor when I lived in the schoolhouse. I won't forget how she decorated my mailbox for a special occasion or the time she brought food over after the tornado. Such a caring woman. Hugs to you Dennis, Caleb, and Quinn.
