Garry Hitz, of Antigo, died Monday, July 21, 2014 at St. Mary Hospital in Green Bay. He was 55 years old. He was born on March 14, 1959 in Wausau, a son of Edward and Dorothy (Linsdau) Hitz.

He married Yutta Salomon in 1983, the couple later divorced.
He married Tina Krause, they divorced, however they remain close friends.

Mr. Hitz worked as a bricklayer and mason for 35 years. He operated G&H Construction for a number of years.

He enjoyed riding motorcycle, vacationing out west with his family, fishing and camping.

Survivors include four daughters, Angelina Hitz, Green Bay, Jennifer (Scott) Patrick-Doig, Nashua, New Hampshire, Lynn Bizon, Springfield, Mass., Christina Patrick, Nashua, New Hampshire; two sons, Erik Hitz, Wausau, Ashton Martin, Oregon; a grandchild, James Patrick, Nashua, New Hampshire;
four sisters, Gloria Kelly, Aniwa, Alice (Ted) Howard, Antigo, Lois (Jack) Romanowski, Wausau, Donna (Jody) Long, Antigo; five brothers, Kenneth (Carol) Hitz, Antigo, Randy Hitz, Antigo, Russell Hitz, Antigo, Edward Hitz (Jeannie), Antigo, Todd (Dawn) Hitz, Antigo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Cinnamon Hitz, a sister Mary Aldrich, a brother Henry Hitz.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.

He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
